1. Work records stored on your device

ShiftCove stores the jobs, shifts, rates, breaks, notes, and pay
comparisons you enter in the app's local storage. The app does not
require an account and does not send these work records to a
developer-operated server.

2. Purchases

Apple processes in-app purchases and subscriptions. ShiftCove uses
StoreKit to check purchase status and provide Pro features. We do
not receive your payment card details. Apple's services are subject
to Apple's own terms and privacy practices.

3. Notifications

If you allow notifications, ShiftCove schedules local reminders on
your device. You can change this permission in iOS Settings. By
default, reminders avoid displaying detailed wage information.

4. Exports, backups, and sharing

You may export records or create a backup file. These files can
contain personal work and wage information. Their storage and any
sharing are controlled by you and the services you choose.

Your operating system may include app data in a device backup,
depending on your settings. Device backups and files saved to a
cloud provider are separate from ShiftCove's local storage.
ShiftCove does not provide its own automatic cloud synchronization.

5. Support communications

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send,
such as your email address, message, and attachments. We use it to
respond to your request and investigate reported issues.

Please remove unnecessary personal and financial details before
sending examples. Our support retention period is
24 months after your request is resolved, subject to any applicable obligations.

6. Website hosting

The support website is hosted by GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.). The provider
may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and
access logs, to serve and protect the website. Describe the actual
hosting practices and any additional services here before publishing.

7. Advertising and analytics

The app described by this policy includes no advertising, tracking
SDK, or developer-operated behavioral analytics service. If the app
adds a service that changes these practices, we will update this
policy and relevant privacy disclosures.

8. Deleting data

You can delete local app data from Settings. Deleting local data or
the app does not cancel an App Store subscription or delete backups,
exports, or messages stored elsewhere. Manage those separately with
the relevant service.

9. Children's use

ShiftCove is designed as a general personal work-record tool and is
not directed to children under 13. We do not ask users to create
accounts or provide a date of birth. If you believe a child has sent
personal information to our support service, contact us.

10. Changes and questions

We will update the effective date when this policy changes. For
